Matthew Goldsmith is a Partner at Richter Consulting, Inc., specializing in restructuring and turnaround, business operations, corporate finance, and asset-based lending services since January 2010. Goldsmith possesses extensive expertise in business assessment, cash flow and crisis management, profitability improvement, insolvency consulting, transaction advisory, and prefunding diligence. As a leader in Richter’s ABL practice, Goldsmith has advised C-suite executives and lenders in the development and analysis of business plans, budgets, and integrated financial models, as well as working capital and liquidity management strategies. Additionally, Goldsmith served as a part-time lecturer for the Graduate Accounting Program at McGill University from May 2011 to August 2012 and holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in accounting and concentration in finance from McGill University.
