Kyle Emson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems support and administration. Currently serving as a Systems Officer at Richmondshire District Council since July 2014, Kyle has a strong background in technical analysis from a previous role as an ICT Technical Analyst for Hambleton & Richmondshire District Councils, where responsibilities included providing first and second line support, managing Blackberry exchange systems, and administering Active Directory. Prior to this, Kyle worked as a Service Desk Operator at Richmondshire District Council, acting as the primary contact for over 250 users and managing helpdesk inquiries. Kyle's career began as a Modern Apprentice, where responsibilities included mail organization and general administrative tasks. Kyle completed education at Richmond School in North Yorkshire from 1998 to 2005.
