Cynthia L. Minto has had a long and successful career in the field of mental health. Cynthia began their career as a Behavioral Science NCO in the United States Army, where they gained extensive experience in all facets of military mental health. After leaving the Army, they became the Quality Assurance Director at Richmond Residential Services, where they oversaw the quality of care provided to residents with mental illness. In 2013, they left Richmond Residential Services to become a Mental Health Clinician at the Attachment and Trauma Institute. Cynthia remained in this position for two years before returning to Richmond Residential Services as their CEO. Cynthia is also an adjunct faculty member at both Western International University and University of Phoenix, where they teach in the General Education BS curriculum.
