Thomas Rao has accumulated extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. As CEO and President at RMI since July 1991, Thomas Rao has steered the company while also contributing as an Engineer and Sales Manager. In addition, Thomas Rao has held the position of CEO and President at Richmond Marketing since January 1990. With an educational background in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech, Thomas Rao brings a strong technical foundation to both leadership roles.
