Riccardo Fanton currently serves as a Delegate Manager at Richmond Italia Eventi since February 2020, where responsibilities include facilitating B2B events that connect decision-makers from various business sectors with service providers and enhancing professional knowledge through an engaging conference program, particularly in the HR and Retail sectors. Prior to this role, Riccardo worked in communication and marketing at ALDAI-Federmanager from May 2017 to January 2020, and held the position of Sales Auxiliary Operations staff at IKEA Group from August 2014 to September 2016, managing inbound goods flow and inventory while supporting sales efforts.
