Sebouh Apigian, P.Eng. PMP, is a Project Manager with extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving the City of Richmond Hill since June 2019 in roles including Project Manager and Senior Municipal Inspector, Sebouh previously worked at Schaeffer & Associates Ltd. as a Project Supervisor, and briefly at Prodigy Construction as a Project Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a tenure at SSH Design as a Civil Structural Engineer and various engineering roles at Alhamra Kuwait Co. from February 2005 to May 2014, where responsibilities included Civil Project Engineer, Project Engineer, Site Engineer, and Planning Engineer. Sebouh holds a LIEP Certificate in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Structural from Aleppo University.
