Jeff Healey is a Senior Planner with extensive experience in municipal planning, currently working for the Town of Richmond Hill since May 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating municipal comments and reviewing various development applications. Prior to this role, Jeff served as a Planner for the Corporation of the Town of Aurora from July 2012 to May 2018, managing comprehensive zoning reviews, preparing planning reports, and representing planning staff at heritage committees. Jeff also promoted energy conservation programs as an Ambassador for Energyshop CDM and has held planning-related positions with the City of Hamilton, Weston Consulting Group Inc, and the Regional Municipality of York. Jeff holds a Master’s of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Honours Planning from the University of Waterloo, with ongoing studies at Oxford Brookes University.
