Dolly Anand is an experienced professional in policy and management with a substantial background in municipal governance. Currently serving as the Manager of Policy and Licensing and acting as the Director of Community Standards at the City of Richmond Hill since January 2021, Dolly has previously held significant roles such as Lead of Project and Portfolio Management, Management Consultant, and Transition Manager at the City of Mississauga from September 2008 to 2020. Prior experience in the Ontario Public Service includes positions as Policy Team Lead, Senior Business Consultant, and Strategy Lead for Electronic Service Delivery from 2003 to 2008. Dolly holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
