Unika H. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing, client engagement, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Managing Director at CINTA & Co. since June 2020, Unika leads client strategy planning and has successfully executed significant growth initiatives for high-profile clients such as Humber College and Block 64. Unika has also held consulting roles for CIBC and Humber College, driving program mandates and achieving notable improvements in advocacy and sustainability goals. Additionally, experience includes assessment roles with Ontario Soccer, coaching in the Richmond Hill Soccer Club, and various marketing and brand communication positions at Uponor, Pressure, and DH Marketing Inc. Unika holds a Master of Science in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University and a Diploma of Education in Business Management/Marketing from Humber College.
