Lucy Marchant is an accomplished Operations Manager at Richmond Events since September 2023. With a background in sports coaching as a Netball Coach and Umpire for Ashtead All Stars Netball Club from January 2017 to June 2024, Lucy holds a C Award Qualification in Netball umpiring and a Level 1 Coaching Qualification. Previous experience includes roles such as Consumer Intern at FINN Partners and Member at Kent Invest, along with positions as Club Assistant and Exam Invigilator at Cognita Schools, and Logistics Intern at The Business Narrative, where Lucy provided ad hoc support for prestigious client events. Experience also includes serving as County Sports Coach for Surrey County Netball and Administrative Intern at Feltonfleet Preparatory School. Lucy earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Kent in June 2023.
