Sandra Bandas, MS, CRC, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in individual and group counseling, specializing in dialectical behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered techniques. Currently, Sandra has been with Richmond Creative Counseling since May 2013, where supervision of residents and interns is also provided. Previous roles include clinical supervisor at Second Chance Youth Services, family services specialist at YWCA of Richmond, and vocational rehabilitation counselor at the Department of Rehabilitative Services. In addition to counseling, Sandra works as event staff for Regional Marketing Concepts, inc. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Radford University.
