Jill Buck is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in instructional technology and library services. Currently serving as an Instructional Technology Facilitator for Richmond County Schools since August 2022, Jill previously worked as a Media Specialist at West Rockingham Elementary from November 2012 to November 2022, and as a Bookkeeper/Secretary at Rohanen Middle School from July 2004 to July 2012. Earlier career experience includes the role of Executive Secretary at Oms, Inc. from August 1999 to February 2004. Jill Buck holds a Master’s degree in Library Science from East Carolina University, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and multiple associate degrees from Central Piedmont Community College, along with a certification in Office Systems Technology from Richmond Community College.
