RA Vernon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. RA began their career in 1993 as Head of Data Security & Disaster Recovery at Lederle Laboratories. RA then moved on to work as an Associate Director/Information Security Manager at Barclays Capital from 1995 to 1998. In the same year, they also worked as a Sr. Global Security Consultant at IBM. From 1998 to 2002, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer at the City of New York.
In 2002, RA Vernon took on the role of Vice President & Chief Security Officer at Reuters America, before becoming President of Venom Sports in the same year.
