Eric Weitz currently serves as the Director of the CW Signature Series at California West Communities, overseeing all elements of single-family dwelling infill development. With extensive experience in real estate, Weitz held the position of Vice President at Province West, where the focus was on residential land acquisition and disposition in California. Prior roles include Broker at Nathan & Associates, Vice President of Land Acquisition at Standard Pacific Homes, and Vice President of Land Acquisition at KB Home, where responsibility extended to managing land acquisition strategies and broker relations. Earlier in a legal career, Weitz worked as an Associate at Kolodny & Pressman APC, advising on real estate development issues, and as a Litigation Attorney addressing complex legal matters. Weitz holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a JD from Pepperdine University, and a BA in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
