Ashley Bacon is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Coordinator at Richmond American Homes since November 2020, Ashley previously held the role of Architecture & Planning Coordinator at Taylor Morrison from October 2018 to November 2020. Prior experience includes managing front-of-house operations at Suncadia Resort's Tumble Creek Club and serving as a Tasting Room Associate at Cave B Estate Winery and Resort.
