Linda Stairet is an experienced educator and business owner with a diverse professional background. Currently, Linda serves as the Owner/Partner of Fredric's Arms and Smiths since July 2013 and has been a dedicated Teacher at Richland School District 400 since July 1978, specializing in Secondary English with a focus on Advanced Placement courses and freshman English Language Arts at Delta High School. Previously, Linda was a Member of the Tri-cities Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2014 and worked as the Assistant Director of The Writing Program at the University of Winnipeg from August 1988 to June 1990, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of Canada's first University-wide writing program. Linda holds a Master of Arts with an emphasis in Teaching, Rhetoric, and Composition from Washington State University, where Linda completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.
