Troy Smith has over a decade of experience in community relations and human services. Currently, Troy Smith holds the position of Manager of Community Relations and Individual Consultant at Richland Newhope - Richland County Board of Developmental Disabilities, a role held since December 2013. Prior to this, Troy Smith served as an Intake Specialist at Crawford County Children Services from April 2013 to December 2013. Troy Smith earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education from Urbana University between 2004 and 2009.
