Natalie Bisset has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Natalie currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development & SVP at Richardson Wealth since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ivey Business School at Western University, where they held various roles including Founder & Portfolio Chair of the Western Alumni Angels Network and Director and Executive Committee Member of the Ivey Alumni Network Board of Directors. In 2019, Natalie also worked as an Advisor at Holt Accelerator, focusing on boosting AI capabilities of FinTech businesses. Earlier in their career, they held positions at BMO Financial Group, nourished babe (which was later acquired), Pivot Technology Solutions, Strathallen Capital Corporation, Western University, and Mackenzie Financial. Natalie's roles have encompassed areas such as corporate development, business acquisition, entrepreneurship, and investor relationship management.

Natalie Bisset's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University, with a focus on General Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Victoria. In 2014 to 2016, Natalie pursued Yoga Teacher Training, specializing in prenatal yoga and yoga education, which was approved by the Yoga Alliance. In 2020, they obtained a certification in "The Science of Well-Being" from Coursera.
