Amy Luo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event coordination and customer service. Currently serving as an Event Concierge at the Richard Nixon Foundation since August 2021, Amy has successfully assisted over 100 private events, focusing on enhancing the VIP experience for clients at the Richard Nixon Library. Prior roles include Guest Service Representative at Watanabe Floral Inc., where Amy managed high-volume customer interactions and floral sales, as well as Assistant Floral Designer at Love Letter Weddings LLC, contributing to day-of wedding services. Amy's background also includes visual merchandising at the Navy Exchange Service Command and retail experience as a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters.
