Matthias Schaeffer is an experienced professional in the field of industrial engineering and management, currently serving as Associate Director and Managing Partner at Richard Consulting GmbH since August 2014. Prior to this role, Matthias held the position of Senior Associate at Arkwright Consulting from June 2006 to July 2014. Matthias's academic background includes a Dipl.-Wi.-Ing. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, complemented by a study abroad program in Business Strategy at Macquarie University in 2004. While studying at the University of Karlsruhe from October 2000 to May 2006, Matthias served as a tutor for Operations Research in the department of mathematical statistics and economic theory. Additionally, Matthias contributed to the European student organization ESTIEM as Vice President of Administration & ICT from January 2003 to January 2004.
