Kristin Warner has been a Human Resources Generalist at RichSmith Development since May 2011, contributing to the growth of one of Arkansas's fastest-growing property management companies. Prior to this role, Kristin served as an HR Administrative Assistant at Crothall Healthcare from September 2005 to May 2011, where responsibilities included payroll processing for over 200 employees, managing recruitment documentation, scheduling drug screenings, and maintaining personnel files. Kristin completed high school education at North Little Rock High School between 2001 and 2004.
