Sanjanaa Shanmugam is currently involved as a Product professional at a Stealth Startup since January 2024, while also serving as a Product Intern at Hatch and as a TEC Fellow at True Ventures since May 2021. Sanjanaa has held the position of Product Manager at Rice-Apps since June 2020 and represents the LILIE College at the Liu Idea Lab for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Rice University. Prior experience includes an internship in UX Design & Research with The Better Lab, an Innovation Fellowship at NeuroLex Labs, and App Developer & Researcher roles at the Computational Wellbeing Group @Rice. Sanjanaa was also an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine and engaged in professional leadership coaching at The Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University. Sanjanaa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Sciences from Rice University in 2022, following a top 2% high school graduation from Hinsdale Central High School in 2018.
