Ethan Hsu is a software engineer currently interning with the discovery API team at Ticketmaster since May 2024 and serving as a software engineer with RiceApps since October 2023, where contributions include developing a full-stack mobile application using React Native to assist over 1000 volunteers during natural disasters. Previously, Ethan interned at Taiwan Mobile from May 2023 to October 2023, implementing a graph-based database system to manage extensive cellular and fiber-optic networks, improving computing efficiency significantly and filing a legal patent. Ethan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Rice University, with an anticipated graduation in 2025, and holds a high school diploma from Singapore American School.
