Sydnee Roberts-Crews is the current Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Rice University. Sydnee has previous experience working with OpenStax, Rice University, Kaleidoscope Youth Center, Inc., FPH Consulting Services LLC, and Central Ohio Diversity Consortium. Sydnee has also held the title of Social Media Content Strategist at Columbia Gas of Ohio and intern at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Sydnee's work revolves around diversity and inclusion. At their previous company, Kaleidoscope Youth Center, Inc., they served as the GSA Network Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for keeping supporters engaged in diversity and inclusion topics. At their next previous company, FPH Consulting Services LLC, Sydnee worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Senior Consultant. In this role, they provided subject matter expertise for clientele experiencing gaps with diverse representation in their corporate cultures. Sydnee also partnered with critical organizations to grow the footprint of diverse talent effectively.

Most recently, Sydnee has taken on the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Rice University. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs that foster a more diverse and inclusive community at Rice University.
