Neil Thompson is currently serving as the Field Operations Manager at Rice Lake West since February 2023. Prior to this, Neil held the position of Field Operations Manager at Stanek Constructors. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Neil has also worked as a Superintendent at PKG Contracting, Inc. and KHC. Neil received their education from Lake Area Technical College.
