Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse career spanning multiple roles in the fields of health, nutrition, and business. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability since August 2020, Mariana also holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, providing nutritional expertise as a nutritionist at a private consultation from February 2016 to 2019, and educating university students in applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
