Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in BPM and solutions architecture. Currently, Sebastiraj serves as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Prior to this role, Sebastiraj held significant positions including Director and Global Lead for BPM - Pega Presales & Consulting at Virtusa, and Senior Architect roles at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, both deputed by Wipro Technologies. Additionally, Sebastiraj has worked with MasterCard and Level 3 Communications in varied capacities, focusing on BPM architecture, program management, and process optimization. Sebastiraj began a career in software development with roles at Citicorp and Nucleus Software after obtaining an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
