Yevgeni Kalashnik is an experienced Integration & DevTest Lab Manager at Ribbon Communications since April 2021, overseeing the operation of an Optical Integration Lab with extensive network elements and test equipment. Prior to this role, Yevgeni founded PEngPortal and worked as a Field Service Engineer at Tokyo Electron, providing customer support for various multidisciplinary equipment while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Additional experience includes serving as a Support Engineer at Taditel Automotive Electronics, where responsibilities included failure analysis and production support, and working as an Electro-Optic Field Technician at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Yevgeni began a career as a Hardware Technician at Flextronics, focusing on fault detection and repair of electronic boards. Yevgeni's education includes current studies towards a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences at Bar-Ilan University and a diploma as an Electronics Practical Engineer from Sapir College.
