Srikant Chandrasekhar has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Srikant started their career at Alcatel as a Software Test Engineer, where they were responsible for performance testing of VoIP gateways. Srikant then joined Mindspeed as a Product Application Engineer, providing technical support for Multi Server Access products. Srikant then moved on to NexTone Communications as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they provided tier 3 customer support for Session Border Controller and Real Time Session Manager products. At Genband, they held multiple roles including Consulting System Engineer and Senior Manager of Global Product Support. In these roles, they served as a subject matter expert for Session Border Controller, managed customer escalations, evaluated employee performance metrics, and contributed to feature reviews for new product capabilities. Currently, Srikant is working at Ribbon Communications as a Senior Manager, responsible for SBC Global Product Support.

Srikant Chandrasekhar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 1993 and 1997. Srikant pursued further education and obtained their Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California from 1998 to 2000. In 2013, Srikant attended Georgetown University, where they pursued a Master of Profession Studies in Technology Management, which they completed in 2014.
