Sameer Rele has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Sameer started their career as an Engineer at ABB in 1989 and then moved to Nelco Ltd. as an Engineer from 1990 to 1995. Sameer joined Tech Mahindra in 1995 as a Project Lead and worked there for over a decade. In 2006, they joined Ventraq, Inc. as a Software Development Director, where they were responsible for leading and mentoring multiple teams and played a key role in winning OEM partnership with Nortel/GENBAND. Since 2013, Sameer has been working at Ribbon Communications as a Senior Manager, where they have achieved targeted RoR, improved customer service, and implemented productivity improvement measures.

Sameer Rele completed their education in a chronological order. Sameer started their academic journey in 1981 at V.J.T.I, where they pursued a degree in Electronics, earning a LEE (License in Electronics) in 1985. Following this, from 1985 to 1989, they attended Sri Guru Govind Signghji College of Engineering and Technology, focusing on Instrumentation. During this time, they obtained a BE (Bachelor of Engineering) degree. In 1988 to 1989, Sameer Rele attended the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, specializing in Electronics and Controls, ultimately earning an ME (Master of Engineering) degree. Finally, in 1994 to 1995, they pursued further education at NCST, obtaining a PGDST (Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology) in the field of Computer Sciences.
