Michelle Feely has a solid work experience in the legal and business sectors. Michelle started their career as a Funds Administrator at Independent Trustee Company in October 2005 and worked there until June 2006. Michelle then joined A&L Goodbody as a Solicitor in their Information Technology and Intellectual Property Department in March 2008, where they worked until November 2013. Michelle later joined Telegael as the Head of Business & Legal Affairs in November 2013 and held this role until July 2018. Currently, they are employed at Ribbon Communications, initially as an Assistant General Counsel from July 2018 and currently serving as the Deputy General Counsel since December 2020.

Michelle Feely attended Scoil Mhuire Longford from 1997 to 2002. Following that, they studied at the University of Galway from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Corporate Law. From 2008 to 2010, Michelle pursued a Professional Qualification in Solicitor at the Law Society of Ireland.
