Meghana Shetty worked at Ribbon Communications from October 2020 to present as a Verification Engineering Tech Analyst, with a subsequent promotion to Senior Verification Engineering Tech Analyst in July 2023. Previously, they worked at Team Challengers from April 2018 to October 2020 as a Mentor.

Meghana Shetty's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled in Little Rock Indian School for their secondary education. Meghana completed their secondary education program in 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2016, Meghana attended Little Rock Indian School where they pursued a pre-university degree with a focus on PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology).

In 2016, they then enrolled in Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Meghana completed their bachelor's degree program in 2020.
