Alice Booth has over 40 years of experience as a Software Design Engineer. Alice started their career at ITT Telecommunications in 1978, where they worked on coding, testing, and documentation for the NTX-2000 military telecommunications switching system. Alice then worked at Northern Telecom from 1982 to 1991, where they continued as a Software Design Engineer. From 1991 to 1992, they worked at BNR in the same role. Alice joined Tekelec in 1992 as a Lead Software Design Engineer, specializing in protocol converters. Alice used C and Intel 8086 assembly for designing, coding, testing, and documenting projects. In 1994, they moved to Nortel and continued their work as a Software Design Engineer until 2010. Alice then joined Genband in 2010 and worked as a Software Design Engineer until 2017. Currently, Alice is a Senior Software Engineer at Ribbon Communications, a position they have held since November 2017.
Alice Booth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida between 1974 and 1978.
