Ryan W. has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Ryan started their career as a freelance UI designer and front-end developer in 2005 before joining IDEO as a Prototype Developer. Ryan then worked as a Senior UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer at Juice Interactive and as a User Experience Designer at VSA Partners. In 2010, Ryan joined IDEO again, this time as a User Experience Designer. Moving forward, they worked at Fan TV as a Sr UX Engineer, Product Design Manager, and eventually as a Creative Director. In 2013, they joined Bright Machines as the Head of UX Design. Ryan also worked at HTC VIVE as the Product Design Director for VIVE Creative Labs. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Product Design at Ribbiot. Throughout their career, Ryan has contributed to various big tech companies, including PwC and Google, and has helped establish design as a discipline within organizations.

Ryan W. attended Kent State University from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a BFA degree in Visual Communication Design.
