Rezina Nosarka is an experienced food technologist with a background in product development, quality assurance, and process technology. Currently working at Rialto since May 2021, Rezina focuses on canned and global categories, contributing to new product development, conducting factory trials, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Prior roles include Product Development Technologist at Excellent Meat, where responsibilities included managing technical aspects of innovation, food safety concerns, and documentation for product launches, and Quality Assurance Manager/Process Technologist in the deli division, overseeing trials and specifications. Earlier experience includes quality control and laboratory technician roles at Willowton Group and an internship at Woolworths. Rezina holds a B.Tech in Food Technology from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
