Keno Merckx is an experienced professional in data science and operations within the telecommunications and banking sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Riaktr since August 2022, Keno leads teams in delivering advanced analytical software solutions, overseeing the software deployment lifecycle to ensure timely and effective project execution. Previously, Keno held roles as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist, contributing to various data-driven innovations and solutions in the telecommunications and banking industries, respectively. Keno also worked as an Analytics Consultant at N-SIDE, developing advanced analytic solutions for energy management. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science and multiple master's degrees in Data Science, Advanced Management, and Mathematics from Université libre de Bruxelles and Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
