Hemant Manral is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the IT and software industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at RIA Advisory since March 2019, Hemant previously held the position of Associate Director at Virtusa from November 2013 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing India delivery, overseeing global operations, and ensuring project quality and financial control. Prior experience includes roles as Consulting Practice Manager and Programmer Analyst at Oracle Financial Services Software ltd, where Hemant led applications for major clients and managed project risks. Earlier career roles included Software Engineer at HCC Infotech and Programmer at Esstech Software Services.
