Alan Solitar has a diverse work experience starting from 2016 as a Game Engineering Intern at High 5 Games, where they simplified processes and added support for layer overrides in the game engine. In 2018, they held the position of Backend Developer at Pitch + Pivot and implemented new features for RepCheckup using Python, Django, Celery, and Postgres. Alan also worked as a VueJS Developer at TiER1 Performance Solutions, where they refactored codebases and created Vue components. Alan was a Freelance Software Engineer, working on numerous projects and resolving complex issues in codebases. Alan also served as a Software Consultant at RhythmScience Inc., creating coding standards, designing solutions, and working as a Lead Fullstack Developer on the Rhythm360 platform. Additionally, they worked as a Mentor at Codementor, providing guidance and knowledge sharing in Python, Django, Javascript, and VueJS. Currently, Alan is a Backend Engineer at Doctor On Demand, where they apply their expertise in backend development.
Alan Solitar began their education at The Johns Hopkins University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing Seminars from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they had a brief study abroad experience at Nanzan University, focusing on the Japanese Language.
