Stephanie Walsh is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Medical Operations & Planning at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. since July 2021, after progressing from Senior Manager in the same department. Stephanie plays a vital role in providing project management support to Medical Affairs teams and refining operational processes to enhance overall efficiency. Prior experience includes operations management at Seqirus and strategic planning at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included organizing national conferences and managing logistics. Stephanie has a background in administrative and customer service roles, including positions at Microbia, Village Automotive Group, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in spring 2022.
