Simon Fraser is a dedicated project manager at R.H. White Construction since August 2023, with extensive experience in military engineering and leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Advisor for the 4th Security Force Assistance Brigade, Simon Fraser leads a team focused on Combat and Construction Engineering, managing technical advisors while supporting foreign military and NATO operations. As a Captain in the US Army since May 2018, Simon Fraser held various leadership roles, including Company Commander for the 3rd Armored Brigade, where responsibilities included overseeing personnel and equipment for mission readiness. Educational background includes a Master's in Engineering Management with a focus on Project Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
