Dana Ramnarine is an experienced professional with a strategic focus on talent management and human resources. Currently serving as COO and creative talent strategist at rhum - humans and resources since April 2018, Dana also co-founded rhum west inc. In addition to ongoing roles at BKR Capital, Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre, and LOI - League of Innovators, Dana provides consultancy services in HR and recruiting for various organizations, including Carbon Counts Tech PBC and Timbre Games. Prior experience includes senior positions at Portable Electric, NextBillion.org, Galvanize, and Expa, with a strong emphasis on supporting diverse talent and fostering growth in innovative environments. Dana Ramnarine graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2002.
