Raluca Rusu holds an MSc in Business and Politics and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Bucharest. Raluca Rusu has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Reception and Reservation Manager at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection since October 2019, with prior roles including Assistant Reception and Reservation Manager and Reception Supervisor. Additional experiences include a role as Supporting Reception Supervisor at KOKO, where Raluca Rusu focused on training and standard operation procedure creation, and as Opening Head Host at Mama Shelter, contributing to brand reputation and operational setup. Earlier positions include hosting at The Ned and serving as Senior Receptionist and Receptionist at Roast Restaurant, where Raluca Rusu demonstrated leadership, team training, and strong guest relations.
