Olga Hypponen is a partner at RHR International, where she helps individual business leaders and leadership teams develop and fine-tune the capabilities needed to navigate complexity and ambiguity as they grow their organizations.
With more than 15 years of experience as an organizational psychologist, coach, and facilitator, Olga uses a wide range of tools to create pragmatic and insightful solutions that deliver sustainable, systemic, and rapid results. She has worked in a wide variety of sectors, including technology, professional services, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and e-commerce, taking a holistic approach to empower leaders to build resilience, effectively learn new behaviors and ways of thinking, and realize their full potential.
Whether assessing senior teams or working one-on-one in a coaching capacity, Olga is curious, supportive, and creative. A client-centric advisor, she is able to use her deep understanding of human and organizational behavior to quickly take in the current landscape and work with her clients to design and execute transformational change.
Olga holds a postgraduate diploma in psychosynthesis psychology from Middlesex University London, a master’s degree in occupational psychology from Northumbria University, and a bachelor’s degree with honors in psychology from Edinburgh Napier University. She is also an accredited Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. A believer in lifelong learning with a strong interest in psychology, she continues to expand her expertise in core areas such as adult development, vertical development, transformational coaching, and more.
