Rebecca Upton has a background in HR starting from HR Administrator to eventually becoming the Head of People at RHP Group. She holds a MA in Human Resource Management from Bucks New Uni and is a Chartered MCIPD. Current positions include being a School Governor at Hawkedale Primary School and a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RHP Group.
