Konstantin Romanko has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2005 when they worked as a Requirements Engineer for Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company). In the same year they also worked as a Requirements Engineer for Rhonda Software. In 2009, they worked as an Information Security Engineer and Software Engineer for Izumrud JSC. In 2010, they worked as a Product Manager, Sales Project Manager, and Requirements Manager for Rhonda Software. Finally, in 2011 they worked as a Requirements Engineer for CSR.

Konstantin Romanko obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics, Electronics, and Computer security from Primorsky Jobs between 2001 and 2007.
