Mark Bunting, PhD, CFA, currently serves as an Associate Professor in Investment & Risk Management at Rhodes University, a position held since September 2009, while also contributing as an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting. Prior to this, Mark Bunting worked as a Project Manager at the IASB in London and held various academic roles at Rhodes University and the University of the Western Cape. Mark Bunting's extensive experience includes leadership as Director of Accounting at SAICA and financial management at Scientific Medical Systems. Mark Bunting's educational background features a BSc in Information Processing, BCom Honours in Accounting, MCom in Economics, and a PhD in Nonprofit Finance from Rhodes University, complemented by a high school education from Kingswood College.
