Amy Akheituame is an experienced mathematics educator with a strong background in teaching various grade levels. Currently serving as a Math Teacher and Instructional Support at The Rhodes School since November 2017, Amy also teaches Beginning and Intermediate Algebra at Wharton County Junior College since July 2016. Previous roles include Math Interventionist at the Academy of Accelerated Learning and Math Teacher positions at Aldine ISD, Alvin Independent School District, and Houston ISD. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Prairie View A&M University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
