Theresa Dew, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Rhodes International, Inc. since December 2015, Theresa aligns HR activities with the organization’s mission and works to enhance employee engagement. Prior to this role, Theresa operated as a Human Resources & Safety Consultant through Theresa Dew Consulting, LLC, supporting small business owners. Additionally, Theresa held positions as Human Resources Manager at HNI Risk Services and Wisconsin Furniture, LLC, overseeing critical HR functions such as talent acquisition and benefits administration. As Managing Partner of Custom Shoppe Services, Theresa provided cost-effective HR support to small businesses. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Norbert College and has completed Dale Carnegie Training.
