Bon Lee has been working in the design industry since 2015. Bon began their career as a Handbag Design Intern at The Row in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Design Intern at DVF (Diane von Furstenberg) and as an R&D/Fabric Intern at Marc Jacobs. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Designer and Assistant Designer at Rhode. During 2021, they also worked as a Freelance Designer at Nylora.

Bon Lee attended Parsons School of Design - The New School and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design.
