Susan Packer has extensive experience in credit and collections, currently serving as a Senior Collection Specialist at Rhode Island Novelty since 1995. In this role, Susan manages all new accounts, focusing on establishing solid payment histories and analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine appropriate credit lines. Prior to this position, Susan was a Credit Specialist at Health-tex, Inc. from September 1977 to March 1983. Susan's educational background includes attending CCRI from 1990 to 1995 and graduating from Smithfield High School between 1974 and 1978.
